About Us
EPM was established in 2003 to fill a need for a seasoned Commercial Property Management Company in the region. The firm provides local and out–of–state owners access to proactive, ethical property management, leasing and construction management services.
Our Management Team
Elizabeth Brereton – President, Designated Broker
Elizabeth, or Beth, began her Commercial Real Estate career in 1984 and now has 25–years experience in commercial leasing and property management. She is a Certified Property Manager – CPM®.
M. David Brereton – Vice President, Associate Broker
David began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2005 and is in charge of Accounting and Property Inspections. David was formally a licensed Home Inspector, which gives him valuable insight and expertise in his property inspection and construction management roles.
